Stayvo was started by Nethmin, a medical student who kept hearing the same story from landlords around him — they knew short-term letting could earn them significantly more, but the transition felt overwhelming and the idea of managing it themselves even more so. After seeing a friend successfully make the switch and learning the process from the ground up alongside him, Nethmin realised the gap wasn't in the opportunity — it was in the support. So he built it.
